Camp Policies
Parents/guardians must authorize photography and/or video recording of the camper and the camper’s artwork for camp-related and promotional purposes, and authorize the instructors of the art camp and the hosting facility to act according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention or care for the camper. I further waive and release the art camp, its instructors, staff, volunteers, and the hosting facility from liability for any injury, illness, accident, or loss incurred while participating in camp activities or while on the premises of the hosting facility.
The breakdown of camp fees is as follows:
$30 per day camp fee (multiplied by the total amount of days)
$20 art supplies fee
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your child’s spot in camp. This deposit covers non-recoverable administrative and planning expenses associated with the camp.
If a participant cancels more than one week prior to the start of camp, the camp fee will be refunded minus the $20 non-refundable deposit.
If a participant cancels less than one week prior to the start of camp, the camp fee will only be refunded minus the $20 non-refundable deposit if the vacated spot can be filled by another camper from the waitlist.
Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Circumstances by Faber Art Ventures:
If the entire camp is cancelled, all camp fees, including the art supplies fee and deposit, will be fully refunded.
If one day of camp is cancelled, Faber Art Ventures will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the missed day to the Friday of that same week. If rescheduling is not possible, the daily camp fee ($30 per cancelled day) will be refunded accordingly. The $20 art supplies fee will not be refunded in the event of partial camp cancellation, as campers will still receive all planned camp art supplies and materials.
Only individuals listed on the authorized pickup list provided during registration may check campers in and out each day at the classroom. Authorized individuals will use the assigned family numerical code during both drop-off and pickup to verify the camper’s check-in and check-out.
Instructions for accessing the family code will be sent on the Friday prior to the start of camp. A separate code is not required for each authorized individual; however, all authorized individuals must be listed on the registration form and have access to the family code when checking campers in or out.
In the event of an emergency requiring someone not listed on the authorized pickup list to pick up a camper, the parent or guardian agrees to notify Faber Art Ventures in advance by emailing with the updated pickup information.
