Camp Policies
Parents/guardians must agree to authorize photography of the camper and/or artwork and for the instructors of the Art Camp to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency, and hereby waive and release the Art Camp and its instructors from any liability for any injury or illness incurred while in camp.
Parents/Guardians must agree to a $20 non-refundable deposit for the camp. In the event of a cancellation in before one prior to camp starting, you will be refunded the camp fee minus the $20 deposit. In the event of a cancellation less than one week before the start of the camp, you will be refunded the camp fee minus the $20 non-refundable deposit ONLY if the spot can be filled by another camper from our waitlist.
Only people listed in the authorized pickup list will check-in and check-out the camper at the classroom each day. The authorized person/people will use a numerical code to check the camper in and out each day to verify drop off and pick up of the camper. Instructions will be sent out the Friday prior to the camp starting on how to access the family code. Only one code is needed per family. If there is someone else not listed on the authorized list due to an emergency, you agree to email faberartventures@gmail.com of this change.
