Deposit

Deposit Fee: $100

The event inquiry will be held as pending until the deposit fee is paid. The client will have five (5) days to pay the deposit fee. The deposit will be made using PayPal or Venmo. Once the deposit fee is received, the event will change from pending to booked.

The deposit fee goes into the total cost of the event.

Remainder of Payment

The remainder of payment will be made using PayPal or Venmo before the event or by PayPal, Venmo, or cash at the event. The deposit fee is included in the total, so the payment will be the remainder of the booking fee minus the deposit.

Single Rate (Client Paid) Events

Events where one person/entity will pay a single rate for the booking of the face painting service regardless of the number of faces painted during the time booked (examples: birthday parties, parade prep, corporate parties, fairs or festivals where client/entity taking tickets/payment). There is a two (2) hour minimum rate. Additional hours can be purchased by the client.

Each two hour booking will accommodate between 12 to 20 faces painted depending on complexity and size (cheek, half face, or full face).

Deposit: $100
Two hour minimum rate: $200 (remainder of payment due is $100 after deposit paid) for one artist
Additional time: $110 per hour of time

Additional artists: May be requested upon availability for an additional $50 per hour per additional artist.

Per Face (Individual Paid) Events

Events where the individuals getting their face painted will pay the per face rates on the spot (examples: parades, fairs or festivals where face painting is available and the entity is not collecting tickets/payment). Pricing charged to the client for Per Face events is reduced as the individual getting their face painted will be charged directly by Faber Art Ventures. Client will be charged a reduced two (2) hour minimum rate (that is covered by the deposit fee) for the first two hours of face painting. Additional hours can be purchased at a reduced rate by the client.

Additional time: $65 per hour of time

Per Face Rates (Charged to individual getting face painted)

• Small "Around the Eye" or Cheek: $5

• Half Face: $8

• Full Face/Around both Eyes: $10

Additional Fees/Add-ons

Tent provided by Faber Art Ventures: If selected that a pop up tent needs to be provided by Faber Art Ventures, then a $65 fee for the tent will be assessed.

Lighting provided by Faber Art Ventures: If selected that lighting needs to be provided by Faber Art Ventures, then a $40 light fee for the lighting will be assessed.
